So ive been working on my ABs but cant seem to get rid of the lower belly chub and get any lower ABs. Ive changed my diet and do cardio and ab work outs and still very little results.

Any suggestions on lower ab workouts or anything that will help

ok sry here:

you can't lose fat in a specific location of the body, sure working hypertrophy on your abs might help you a little to make them visible, but what you need is to lose overall fat some more, which will happen in the kitchen

kitchen big part

but also going to gym for weights and cardio help burn extra calories
