got 120 pills of 3 mg melatonin
with 2 mg vitamin b-6 in each pill too, not sure why? maybe to help absorption?

ive read some stuff saying u only need 3 mcg which is quite a bit under 1 mg even?
3 is prob fine. I have 5mg pills and split those in half occasionally.
iirc reading, anything over 2.5mg you'll get no additional effects. Timing isn't super important, i usually take it 30-45 min before bed.
Tbh it doesn't help that much falling asleep, but the quality of sleep is better.
