Bring me some good trainning to cut. Also a diet matching the trainning.

My goals:
Loosing fat, but without loosing too much strength and muscle mass.

Im doing the trainning blueprint from arnold.
Im thinking on the blueprint, but the cutting trainning. However I can't find it :(

Lift weights, eat less food.


When I'm cutting for a competition I just remove some extra volume and stick with my big lifts to maintain/gain strength.

For leg day/squat day I'll just do my normal squat sets and only front squats as accessories then I leave.

Just lift. You're not training to be an elite level competitor so just do what you've been doing and eat less food.

Should I stop eating carbs? Or just eat less carbs?

I know carbs is important after the trainning, but I'm not an expert when it comes to cutting phase.

Avoid carbs, replace them with bread and pasta
