Was planning on waiting till the end of December till I uploaded pics or any updates with my progress but fuck it, so here it goes:







Before pictures were taken in May of this year when I was weighing 128kgs/282lbs and the recent ones were taken today at 99kgs/218lbs. I'm 6'2.
My strength has taken a huge hit because I've been losing weight fairly quickly but I don't mind too much. Most of my training is focused on Muay Thai/Bjj these days anyway.

I'm really happy with my progress. Obviously I still have a lot of work to do but it's nice to be able to see the huge difference from before and now. Definitely keeps me motivated.
My plan is to drop some more bodyfat between now and January 12th when I leave for Australia for at least a year. Once I'm there I'll go on a very slow bulk and try and keep bodyfat down as much as possible.

Will update this thread periodically with more pics etc.

Yeah, I pretty much always have acne on my back and on my chest, rarely ever have it on my face though, thank fuck!

Up until the end of October I went running a grand total of 16 times for the whole year, and my longest distance was 6 miles. Then I did the Dublin City Marathon at the end of October, 26.2 miles.

My training was strength/conditioning and Muay Thai and Bjj classes up until the marathon. I train twice every day now, usually lifting in the mornings and martial arts in the evening. My main focus is martial arts though.
