normal complete proteins such as meat, milk, whey, soy, casein, etc contain all essential amino acids, if you arent eating much bcaas might be a good idea, else theyre not needed
can just eat like an egg or something

i find it usefull because i drink my bcaa shake while i workout instead of water, otherwise its useless as Qwaze said

The OP asked if they were a good supp. They're not, because they're not effective, or at the very least so marginal that it doesn't even matter.
