When you started did u ever feel like u were keeping the bar from slipping off your rear delts? That's my biggest worry.

And do u ever get shoulder/lat area pain. I started getting some pain like right under my rear delts.

as your rear delts develop they should make a nice shelf so to speak. Pain in your RC? Try stretching your shoulders a bit more before you squat. Has helped me out a good deal.

I got the pain in my rotator cuff a lot . Then I just do a few cuff exercises with a light plate and its fine

It sucked for me for a couple weeks now I can do it no problem.

My wrists were my problem at first


Also Tommy what are your stats? Age weight lifts etc

275 bench
About 180 lbs

Did u ever get pain in the area from behind the neck stuff? Now that I think about it that area has hurt from past exercises I did like behind the neck pull-ups and pull downs.

Hopefully some rotator cuff stretches make it more flexible or whatever the issue.

I meant behind the neck exercises causing pain in the upper back lat/rear delt area.
