any cues to keep in mind? im gonna be using the cross grip. cant sit the bar on my delts with 2 fingers. never front squatted before

Keep your arms parallel to the floor. A huge problem I often see is that people let their arms drop when they're coming back up. If you're not choking (don't literally suffocate yourself), you're not doing it right. ;)

Just do it.

Front squats are pretty easy to adjust to but the wrists may take some time. It took me a while before I could rack it on my delts and only use 2 fingers.

**Generally this is just mental as you're afraid with 2 fingers it's going to fall off...but once you realize that you can front squat without even having your hands on the bar this mental block goes away.
