any cues to keep in mind? im gonna be using the cross grip. cant sit the bar on my delts with 2 fingers. never front squatted before

Keep your arms parallel to the floor. A huge problem I often see is that people let their arms drop when they're coming back up. If you're not choking (don't literally suffocate yourself), you're not doing it right.

Just do it.
Front squats are pretty easy to adjust to but the wrists may take some time. It took me a while before I could rack it on my delts and only use 2 fingers.
**Generally this is just mental as you're afraid with 2 fingers it's going to fall off...but once you realize that you can front squat without even having your hands on the bar this mental block goes away.
