Well this PT 'specializes' in powerlifting and those types of lifts. I can already db press more than the weight of some of the girls let alone what I bb press - but it feels different / different muscles being used etc.
Plus, I'm not just picking up 100lbs or so, I have to effortlessly toss those 100lbs.
Lifting a 100kg barbell over your head isn't the same as lifting a 100kg rock over your head, nom sayin m8? in order to pick up a 100kg/220lbs rock you need to be lifting a helluva lot more than 100kg/220lbs with a barbell
