so my problem is that i've been skinny throughout my whole life and would like to change that

i took a recent trip back to california to visit my parents and it saddens me how my family/friends react to seeing me the same

i'm about 5'6 and weigh around 115-120 and it's been this consistent throughout high school up to now, i'm 21 years of age.

my diet consist of
- 6 to 8 cans of mountain dew a day
- 8-10 cigarettes a day
- junk food like
mcdonalds
taco bell
dominoes
chips
candies
every single day (i have a very fast metabolism)


i don't workout at all but i'm going to in a few weeks
so i need help with workout methods/reps/sets, etc.
and diet as well.
what should my calories intake be? what i should eat? etc.
i'm mainly tryin to gain more muscles and look lean

any tips/advice/insights would be greatly appreciated

the last time i worked out was 2 years ago and even then it was only for about 2 months.
i know i don't have the best body but there is somethin there and that is why i'm seekin advice to improve my body and health in general.

Stop smoking for one, and if you're really interested, measure your caloric intake and macros along with your weight and keep increasing calories until you see an increase in body weight. Measure weight on a weekly basis

do not wait for 2-3weeks, start to lift right now, today...
eat many carbs and proteins, especially in mornings. sit while u re eating, chill and enjoy ur meal. do not eat in stress and while walking somewhere. sleep like 7-8 hours a day. train like 3times a week, do not do any cardio at start with ur skinny body...drink like 4litres of clean water a day, eat like each 2-3hours. train with ur bodyweight from start, gym might be okay when ur body gets used to some kind of training.
