so my problem is that i've been skinny throughout my whole life and would like to change that
i took a recent trip back to california to visit my parents and it saddens me how my family/friends react to seeing me the same
i'm about 5'6 and weigh around 115-120 and it's been this consistent throughout high school up to now, i'm 21 years of age.
my diet consist of
- 6 to 8 cans of mountain dew a day
- 8-10 cigarettes a day
- junk food like
mcdonalds
taco bell
dominoes
chips
candies
every single day (i have a very fast metabolism)
i don't workout at all but i'm going to in a few weeks
so i need help with workout methods/reps/sets, etc.
and diet as well.
what should my calories intake be? what i should eat? etc.
i'm mainly tryin to gain more muscles and look lean
any tips/advice/insights would be greatly appreciated
