Okay, So here we go! I am 5'8 roughly 140 lbs. I am cutting down from 140 to 126. So here is my plan. I hyper hydrate sunday-thursday. Friday wake up and don't eat\drink anything, don't eat\drink anything until I weigh in Saturday morning. This should help me get to my desired weight. The real trouble I am having is a diet. here is what I need to stay at\under
1600 calories
2000mg Sodium
50g of Carbs
160-200g of Protein
60g of Fat
that's what I need to stay AT or UNDER, I am trying to incorporate that to where I eat 6 small meals\snacks a day to keep my metabolism moving. I just need help guys, I really am struggling with this.
Also, if you have any other tips\tricks please post them, I need everything I can get.
e/ Also, is it worth me taking a multi-vitamin pill? Since I am going to sweat\spit everything out Friday I feel like the vitamins will just sweat or piss out?
