equivalent in your opinion?

I'm thinking 120s maybe even 125s might be the equivalent in terms of strength required to do both.

Thoughts?

I previously did 315 for 2 around 6 months ago, but have personally never gone beyond 120s on dbs.

As in 1x120s=1x315?

Its pretty easy to cheat depth on dbs.

That depends a lot, I don't even do Dbs in my routine now so the ratio would probably be really uneven

When I did dbs a lot, I could 100x8 and I couldn't even BB 170x8

So again, it all depends on everything. If you heavy DB and heavy BB the whole time throughout all routines then obviously your DB is going to be higher than someone who doesn't DB press a lot

This will vary a lot...

I was doing 120s for 15 or so and maxed out 460 bb after a set of 405x3 end of high school.

There are different muscle types; fast and slow twitch.

It's the same question as: "If I run a 6 minute mile, how fast can I complete a marathon or long distance run? ". The answer will always vary.

For a 315 bench max, you should be able to handle the 100dbs for at least 6 to 8 reps at a minimum; 12 or more would be more ideal and proportional. Again, it can vary, since db utilizes a whole different set of muscle groups.

100s are my 225 equivalent i would say. You get 100s for 10 chances are you will get 225 for 6-8 minimum.
