I was just wondering what are some of things you guys use? Running is by far my weak point especially when it involves running hills at someone else's pace lol.

Any tips on running such as breathing/form would be awesome thanks guys

In through the noise out through the mouth. It feels awkward at first but mastering that technique improved my running drastically. Although I was already a good runner before, this technique only amplified it.gl

And then stop suddenly when you get to bottom of hill and fuck your knees up like me.

Always breathe threw your nose and try to keep at a solid pace . If u change ur pace up and breathe threw your mouth you'll get cramps . All of these work for me and I run a lot of 400meters to miles . Run on ur toes too
