Never really thought I should even bother investing in a belt, but everyone says, now that I'm around the 400lb dl mark that its suggested?

I really have no idea, just looking for peoples thoughts, opinions and suggestions.

Bruised my hips the first few times wearing but now I wear it slightly higher / it's broken in a lil

i think the lever ones are pretty cool, haven't used one myself though

just started throwing in extra belted dl sets couple weeks ago.. i have a 2 prong inzer and its pretty nice.

I got the inzer lever, it will last for life.
