those eggs are hideous. its so easy to make scrambled eggs.
cold pan. crack eggs right into pan. scramble AS youre cooking (do not salt until the end). do not use a whisk, use a spatula. work the egg. when the eggs starts to actually cook and begin to dry, THEN add your milk, AS needed. dont cook them out all the way, as the residual heat in the pan will continue to cook them after you take it off the heat. youre welcome.
