I just learned that I will be travelling to Stockholm for a month for work. I don't have the details of my accommodations yet but I don't know if there will be a gym nearby. Also, I'll probably want to live a little out there so going to the gym might not be top priority.

Have you guys taken a month or so off? What kind of losses can be expected in this time frame?

lol I'm going to be travelling like crazy starting this November ... all through to next July. I figure maybe I can throw some pushups and bodyweight work here and there, but for the most part I'm just going to enjoy travelling...I'll be walking/hiking a lot so I can take it as an opportunity to potentially cut lol.

PM me when you get details. I can probably help you find a liftingclub where you can train rather cheap.

Or just general sightseeing tips.

Sweden masterrace reporting out.

1 month is nothing..

Was in Jamaica for 1½ month - could lift the same when I got back, minus a few reps perhaps, but I didn't feel weaker :)
