How much of a deficit is too much? On my third week of a cut now and I keep reading conflicting information.

Is it as simple as cal in/out? Or can you go too low and how low is that?

I'm 27/6'1/270lbs incase matters.

It is not recommended to go below 1000 kcals below your daily expenditure. IMO if you're going lower than 1800 kcals you're not doing it right.
