Fake. Not a real disease?

The term that it falls under is an eating disorder. Can be caused by an imbalance of zinc and hormones.
Determined to have a high chance to be hereditary and is not considered a disease, but an illness/disorder.

Can also fall under a mental illness as there's often an instability there also (self-image, self-worth, etc)

Anorexia/lack of appetite could be a symptom of a disease, usually the terminal ones.

No; in my opinion they can't control the cravings/high they get out of not eating.
It's more then just someone who doesn't want to eat properly. It's a psychological issue/physiological issue

Both are real mental illnesses.

I was just going by what a lot of highly respected people in this community say about adhd. I just wanted to see what they thought about anorexia. Idrc what people think who also think people who do lots of volume use steroids. That seems pretty ignorant to me.
