Basically I need more workout ideas for Leg day, back day, Arm day, and chest day
Okay SO I have a routine picked...
Each month--
1 week I will be Maxing out 1-3 reps
2 weeks I will be building muscle 8-12 reps
1 week I will be getting cut 20-25 reps
1) Leg day - body weight squats and jogging on cut days ill be sprinting on max out days ill be walking and doing 2.0 x body weight squats
2) Back day with abs I will be doing pull ups while raising my knees to my chest
3) Curls, Preacher curls, Skull crushers, Reverse curls, close grip benching.
4) Benching, Push ups, Flys
