I need help. I lift 1-2 times a week (about an hour each). I eat healthy. And i'm not seeing any results. I have been doing this for a couple months...

not alpha enough. you need to lose about 8 inches off your total height to be strong, it makes you more motivated. become 5'2 and make tons of gains.
