Topic. Next semester I'd like to take 21 credit hours, so I'm just checking how doable it is. This would be on top of doing 2 research topics (pretty related topics) throughout the semester to present by May (one for Research class, one for a scholars program).. so I'd have all semester for those.
The classes would be:

Organic chem II + lab
Physics II + lab
Biochemistry
Genetics
Embryology + lab
Research

So, with labs and side projects, roughly 10 classes.

Thoughts? If I did this, I may quit working as a server on the side altogether lol

I'm having 8 courses, 2 papers, a practicum seminar, a half time job and the gym x6/wk

you can do anything if you macro-manage your time efficiently

I've done a semester very similar to yours but with 23 credit hours. Definitely doable if you manage your time.

Hmm.. I suppose I may do it then. I guess I know it's doable by what's the free time like?
I'm not sure why, but I get some supreme angst if I don't have at least a couple hours of down time most days

Keep in mind this is also going to be my very last semester of uni (I just have to take a couple of courses as soon as the summer starts, then that's my degree).

The extra course is embryology. The others I either have to take or would rather.. but I don't know shit about embryology and it's a brand new course, so I thought I may as well

You dont care about your grades or what?

I will try to pass 50% more than normal credits this term.
Bachelor work is almost done.

i took 20-21 credit hours regularly. i didnt live on campus, so i spent 2-3h/day travelling to/from home. didnt do extra curriculars though. i still had a lot of free time, but maybe it's just because my major was easy. played a lot of diablo 2 lol

dunno what your labs are like, but the most labs i took simultaneously was 2. didnt like it, but it was doable

Good luck with downtime, I had little to none outside of what I used to go to the gym and work.
Organic chem II + lab
For me organic II was the hardest out of those you listed(looking back at it now I wonder why... I took this very early on in my educational career). This was primarily because it took me the first half of the course just to learn how to properly study for it. Once I figured that out it became a breeze.
Physics II + lab
Physics II is a joke if you're at all good at math. Is yours algebra or calculus based? Either way if you ever need any help shoot me a PM (this goes for all of these courses).
Biochemistry
As far as biochemistry, if you're good at Orgo II you'll be fine at biochemistry. I ended up liking biochemistry much more than orgo II.
Genetics
Super interesting class for myself, my friends however told me they were bored out of their minds. I guess it just depends on what interests you. This class is probably the most amount of "brute memorization" as opposed to learning "how" to do processes (such as orgo II) which is why I excelled; a mixture of iimmunology / pharmacotherapy if you've taken either of those.
Embryology + lab
As far as embryology I haven't had a specific course on that (the others I have, however) so I can't speak on that.

Let me know if you have any other questions, good luck buddy!

Depends on the school imo

My undergrad didn't even allow us to take more than 18 credits a semester iirc
