best ways to do this? I'm on around 3.5k cals a day but want to up it to over 4k.
I'm finding it very difficult to do as my stomach doesn't wanna take any more food. I have a mass gainer shake that I take with water, around 600 cals, but it makes me feel bloated and leaves me full for hours.
At the moment I'm thinking of either getting pills that increase your appetite or having 3-4 takeaways a week as bad calories are better than not enough calories

start eating earlier
eat faster digesting foods (especially carbs)

Train heavier (i mean %) and sleep proper.
Eat nuts daily. 200g of nuts for a month or two and youll be on a meme in no time.

eat some whole grains / more veggies really. oats are my main carb source now..
get more fiber in your diet

how would this help him eat more? If anything this will just make his stomach feel more full.

you grow accustomed to it, and no, fiber, plus the quicker things move through your digestive system, easier it will be to put down more food.
