To my understanding there is a couple guys here that have used melanotan 2 with great results. Now im very interested in giving it a go.

I remember first hearing about it ages ago, and one of the 'main side effects' was that you would grow more moles if you were a person that already had some. But now I dont see this is a listed side effect on any sites... so, is this true?

Other side effects seem to be pretty mild, such as: nausea, stomach cramps, decreased appetite, flushing, tiredness, yawning, spontaneous erections of the penis, and other side effects (someone said that the pigment of their gums also darkened). -- Any of the guys that have tried it that can comment on these?
-- And is the nausea/sea sickness feeling only prevalent during the initial 10-15 mins after injection? or at random times throughout the day? (could you take an antihistamine or anti-seasickness tablet like 45 mins prior to negate this effect?)

I see the recommended dosage (for tanning purposes) is 0.025 mg/kg -- again, for the guys that have used it, how many days did you use it for? and how often do you find that you'd need to top up for?

How much sun exposure do you need to really stimulate it too?

Lastly, it is regarded as POTENTIALLY dangerous. Is this just because there isnt enough research on it? Or are there actually examples of dangerous side effects?

I also read that the nausea can last for up to 2 hours (again, bros that have used it lmk), but that can be bypassed by injecting before going to sleep.
As far as i can tell, if you maintain a healthy low dosage (0.015-0.025 ml/kg) for a start you wont have any real neg. side effects. People only getting that shit from abusing this stuff and having too much

First time I was extremely light headed and almost to the point of vomiting after it (not sure if it was from the actual needle or the melanotan.)

Noticeably darker every day after being at the beach 3-4 hours

I believe I used it for either 7 or 10 days, it was a while ago so cannot remember 100%

I didn't feel any side effects but my friend said he was often tired and when he did sleep had horrible nightmares and sweats in bed.

Any moles / freckles did seem to be enhanced when on, but seem to have regulated since.

damn, 3-4 hours of aussie sun every day. I woulda thought you'd go real dark from that + use. What was your skin type?

Aside from a few reports, most everything seems safe.. so unless you're a genetic aberration or you use an egregiously high dose, it SHOULD be okay.
I've read before of the possibility for moles to increase in size though
Also watch out for your BP.. Idk of any reports of this, but melanocortin receptor agonists certainly activate the SNS
