Why am I so weak?

I did 200 pounds, 5 reps twice so far.

This any good? I have neglected benching for most of my gym going career lol.

I can OHP 155 for reps, squat 315 for reps, deadlift 405 but 225lb bench press is hard as fawk lol

Bench 2-3 times a week and split up the volume so you don't kill yourself

Gonna have to.

I guess the pull ups I've been doing have helped because I used to be barely able to get a rep in at 200 and now I can do it five times (comfortably, I can probably push myself closer to 7 or 8) without having benched for months.

Makes sense, considering bench heavily involves lats

I went from 155 to 205 in bench in 4 months. All pushups. So what Im saying is do more pushups.

Keep your body guessing.Incline/decline/flat bench, mix in dumbbell presses for stability.

Lockout exercises etc.

4 sets if 5 on each exercise works well

I jumped from a 260 max to 345 in about 8 weeks (weighing 190).
