I'm just assuming that a lot of this lost weight is waterweight (just had my carb up on friday)

I started on the 24th, at 182 lbs around 18% bf (33.5lbs of fat)
today on the 14th i'm 168lbs around 11% bf (18lbs of fat)
if i hit 163lbs i'll be at 8% bf... (13lbs of fat)

and it's barely been any time... any fluctuations i should look out for?

so you lost 15.5 lbs of fat in 3 weeks, thats around a 2500 calorie deficit daily

Prolly a lot of water weight.... but i'm just going off the caliper readings
