If you do not use mind-muscle connection to activate your hamstrings, what brings you out of the hole on a squat?
Quit pretending like your body isn't using X muscle because you're not consciously focused on contracting it. Whether you can think/feel it or not, it doesn't change the bio-mechanics of the lift.
inb4 I only squat 315. (as if that is even bad...)
