I'm going out tonight, might only get to sleep at 5am or later, obviously drinking etc.
I'm wondering if that will make my gym workout have absolutely no effect on muscle gain or toning. I'll probably guzzle a protein shake before I go out but I guess the sleep is where the muscle repairs. Any thoughts?
protein shake+alcohol = bad mix.. at least for me
my stomach might be weak idk
