I've never had a diet plan before, should I have:

2-3 big meals, over 1k cals each, or

6 meals; consisting of 2-3 larger ones (maybe ~800 cals) and 3 small ones (350-500 cals)

This is to put on weight ofc, I ain't a fatty

It doesn't matter bro

If you're struggling to eat enough I'd recommend more meals of less size

As you eat more you get used to it, and it becomes easier and easier

I generally eat 2 meals a day, mostly because that's how I prefer it.

Fuck having to spend all that time preparing and eating, and not being full.

No, I still eat the same amount but in 2 meals rather than 5-6.

Just finished breakfast, which was:

80g oats
15g goji berries
350mls milk
100g nectarine
30g cashew nuts
140g tuna in sunflower oil
300g cottage cheese

Will have dinner in about 4-5 hours and it'll probably be:

400g chicken
100g tikki misala sauce
500mls of milk

All that will bring me up to:

244g protein
150g carbs
70g fat

This is a rest day by the way, I'm cutting also

Yeah I do struggle sometimes to get over 2.5k, but when I'm in the groove I can do 3.5k + easy. I'm coming back from illness so I'm on the lighter side and will build up with 5-6 smaller meals first

You'd be amazed how much of a calorie burn when accelerating for a fly.
