I have basically 110$ in free money that I can spend on supps, I'm 6' round 245 looking to get back into working out again now that schools back in the swing of things. I'll be working out 5 days a week and playing volleyball religiously either beach or indoor for fun.
I am hoping to get a preworkout, a decent amount of protein, + whatever supps you guys like and think are beneficial be it a multivit or fishoil etc.
Let me know how you guys would spend the 110$ and please provide links and why I'll most likely be purchasing next week.
