That's embarrassing...
I think I walk that in 3 days and if I count in my runs, that's a day or two.

Just general moving from point A to point B throughout the day. Walking to work and home from work helps.

Yea that shit dont count, i walk ALOT at work too, but it don't count as exercise. Those are runs for the most part elevated heart rate 160-180.

Even at work my heart rate averages over 120 when we're busy, but that doesn't count. Or so I'm told.
