For those of you who actually work, how do you manage to consume enough calories while you're bulking?
I work 9-10 hours a day, and add in an extra hour for travel, and I'm only given one hour for a lunch break.

My meal I pack for lunch is the most I can fit, but what are some snacks or things you supplement with throughout the day to help reach your goals?

Nuts (peanuts, almonds) are a bulkers friends
Peanut butter is a good snack to keep in an office cabinet also

I used to make high-calorie smoothies at home and bring em to work also

If you buy lunch, try going to one of those buffet-market type places (e.g. you walk in and you can put a bunch of food in a container and they weigh it). Just pick the most calorie dense stuff (e.g. pasta, cheese, lots of meat).

It's a bit slow at work, so I'm trying to make a spreadsheet of potential daily meals, but given the low amount of fat for my body specs, seems I have to be very scarce with the fats.

I prepare my lunch every day, but don't have a huge carb source for it.

Yeah I have a daily template set up, but just wanted to get some ideas for additional things I can sub out throughout the day.

A lot of snacks during school and usually eat before work (1.1.5cals) and dinner (750-1000 cals)

Snacks during school, then lunch, work, then dinner
