Sup kids who don't warmup.

Kai is SO ZEN man. Just look how calmly and smoothly he warms up compared to those kids next to him.

ever try partial reps? wouldn't do entire sets of them, but definitely nice on chest day to get a contraction with your pecs and save your elbows/tri's.. especially when you start pressing heavier weights

they have a bit of merit, but seeing his entire sessions go like that tells me otherwise. he's not the only one, nearly everyone in his category does it.

yeah, a lot do, but i imagine it has to be way better on their joints especially when coming into a comp and heavy on dry shit
