Mine is 596 a month for family plan through my job.

What would be a good plan to get my wife on in NC?

We might have another kid in the next couple of years. I would prefer a policy with a low deductible. She doesn't currently take any medications.

my coworker in GA uses Kaiser. he's a contractor, so he chose it specifically as opposed to getting it from a job. family of four. idk if it helps you or not.

im guessing since you're canadian that sounds like a lot? my other coworker pays 1500/month for health insurance (also contractor) for a family of 4, but they have a lot of health issues.

Yeah lol, I'm canadian, my entire health bill for 2013 came out to $580 or so... which the government then refunded me LOL

$600 a month is a tiny bit less than i pay (out of pocket) for the mortgage on my apartment... albeit the rest is paid for by the tenants, but that's an unreal amount...

i pay 11.54 every two weeks for single coverage high deductible. so about 300 or so a year.
my parents however pay (own their own business') almost 500 a month.
soo nice having a job that pays almost all of it
