I'm allergic to dust and i just had a asthma attack which im sure was triggered by my allergy.
I had a similar one a year ago and after that i had small and often attacks for 6-8 months afterwards.
Lately (the past 2-3 months) i havent experienced too many breathing problems but
all of a sudden my heart starts beating crazy fast and i start to to get difficulty breathing
it lasts for about 15-20 seconds and i start getting lightheaded and dizzy
now (about 20 mins later) its slowed down a bit.. should i go to the emergency room?
this is the first time i've had shortness of breath in the past 3 months ish. my lifestyle hasnt changed or anything..

ask medical personnel, not jsp. Contact your local hospital or so and ask them. Or then just walk in. The health services are made for being used.

I'd get it checked by a doctor my brother died from an asthma attack not trying to scare u or anything but I'd check it
