Now Im currently waiting to get into see a doctor for this but wondering if any of you guys have tips to help a severe migraine like headache ?
I get these daily everyday all day and its been worse this passed week or so..usually I can just deal with it but its getting to the point where I cant
I had a severe concussion quite sometime ago I almost think the head pain is post concussion syndrome

lmk any tips or advice you may have its all very much appreciated

My wife's ten years into the chronic migraine thing. Imitrex is the only medicine that really helps. Exercise can be good for her as well but sore neck or traps can trigger a headache.

I never used to drink a lot of water but I started drinking probably half a gallon worth everyday the passed month.

I have cut down on my caffeine intake but not enough to trigger said migraine atleast I dont think so

maybe you have physical pain in your neck/shoulders/back which can trigger headaches, for example a pinched nerve. not much you can do atm apart fromtaking painkillers, water, and being in a dark-ish room

hmm the physical pain to trigger I never really thought about that tbh I have noticed neck pain recently
