Alright so I've been struggling for a while now to get the amount of calories that I need daily to gain weight. Due to my GI health problems, I just don't have the appetite to consume anything.

I never wanted to buy mass gainer, but I've really been considering it lately. Anyone have any other ideas of what I could eat? I usually go with milk, candy, and poptarts, as they're all fairly easy calories.

blend up some oats and add to your protein shakes.

i LOVE to eat, but getting enough good calories is hard, so drinking it makes everything easier.
mas gainer is a waste of money

Those things are so expensive and usually taste terrible.

Good calories? Shit bro, I don't even worry about macros. I struggle to get 1600 calories a day and that's way under what I need.
