The studies show that there are more obese over weight people in America than many other places around the world.

And I blame Obama for this and what he is doing is prompting the fact you shouldn't take exercising seriously.

Now I made a topis about a few weeks ago or whatever about how lifting is a sin. And yes it is IF YOU PUT IT BEFORE CHRIST HIM SELF AKA THE ALMIGHTY LORD. GOD!!!!
And being gluttons by taking all of that protein, steroids, and all the other substances like creatine and what not. Maybe some of you take caffeine pills as well and adrenaline. Who knows.... Remember it is you not I I can only preach and try and help by leading by example.

I have obesity disorder do to my thyroid and pancreas. I can't help it. Trust me I am not a glutton and I don't eat much and I don't life exercise much except sometimes due to the fact I have little time due to the fact I preach to others about this type of topic. I am doing God's work and living life as well.

And I recently came back from a prior hiatus of a few weeks and will be gone again within a day or so due to real life calling us and we must answer the door However while I have the time I figure'd I should help others see the way,
