lately i just mix mr hyde and superpump max, writhe around on the floor for a couple minutes until my body adjusts, then have killer workouts every time
Mr Hyde was good but imo too much caffeine for my personal taste.
I only need 125mg or so to have a great workout.
It is the other ingredients which make the difference.
Mr Hyde has like 300/350mg per serving.
