I don't know what it is but it seems like I don't have as much energy as I used to. I'm trying to do some form of exercise every day, combinations of weight lifting, cardio and general conditioning and a lot of the time I just don't seem to have as much energy as I should/used to. I drink a lot of coffee but there's got to be a way to increase it without the need for caffeine.

Anyone else have the same problem?

Side note: Is it worth to take Adrenal Reset supplements?

IDA?

I don't know if it is severe enough for me to get checked out at the moment.

Get yourself on birth control. Artificial estrogen decreases the rate at which your body catabolises caffeine. GL B)

Just get a blood test, make sure everything is normal

Have you been staying well hydrated? Lack of hydration always has me feeling lethargic.

I'm sure I could always drink more but I drink a pretty good amount now.

We'll see, if it gets worse I suppose.
