Disregard everything but the Deep R.E.M Sleep...
Tigerfitness is running a deal where with any RCSS product you get 1x RCSS Resurrect-PM 25 serving for free (normally $35)
So I bought 2x 60 serving RCSS Creatine's ($9/each) and received 2x RCSS Resurrect-PM's.
Last night was my second night taking Resurrect-PM and I must say... this is the best supplement I have.
I sleep for 8 hours of DEEP sleep, had 2 dreams last night and 4 dreams the night before that. (this product doesn't help you go to sleep)
I wake up naturally and honestly, I feel like I am high for most of the day with just goodvibes.
As soon as my eyes open I feel refreshed, completely relaxed, well slept and goodvibes flowing.

Spend $10 for creatine and this imo is well worth it...
I'll probably buy another 2 creatines to take full benefit of this offer.

Bodybuilding also sent me 3x 2lb Dymatize Cafe Mocha and I must say this will be my 6am cure for 8am classes at Uni. / Taste GAF and has 100mg of Caffeine

Most def. not any placebo effect's here; at least if you're referring to the R.E.M sleep benefits.

How are you to tell the difference between a real and a placebo effect as the experiencee? (This is rhetorical, don't answer because there's only one correct one)

I meant what ingredients promote REM sleep? They can make any claim they want because placebo is based upon expectation and the effect is quite powerful but is there anything that truly improves sleep quality?

You aren't supposed to stay in REM sleep.

I can tell the difference in the quality of sleep I have been getting and the sleep I am currently getting.
It is day and night; simply taking a substance which states it promotes better sleep wouldn't instill this much of an placebo effect.

ZMA
GABA
Amino acids which helps with the relaxation of mind and body
ect

Not saying I stay in 8 hours of REM sleep
I'm stating that I do not wake up throughout the night (usually while in REM sleep I'll awaken - I fall into a deep sleep where I fully rest)

It would if you truly believe it will. Sham surgeries have proven just as effective in short and long term pain relief from arthritis of the knee as real attempts at cartilage clean up

Yes, I know.
However, placebo or not; which I am positive it is not, I am getting the best sleep of my life in the past several months/year.
This is the best supplement I have and well worth the $10 a tub.
Still going to buy more while they offer this deal.

The only other times I have felt the same results is when I drink 1/4 or 1/2 bottle of Nyquil PM.
But with that you wake up feeling you just took 3mg of Xanax

i might try this, i always wake up sooo tired, no matter how much sleep i get, and i never feel awake/energized during the day. started taking melatonin, but that didn't do anything except make me fall asleep a bit faster. =\
