So basically, I look like the guy below, but not as bad.

I'm thinking the best way to fix this would be to build up my obliques to help even everything out. But what would be the best way to do that? I just want to bulk them up quickly until they catch up with the rest of my upper body, so should I hit them hard once a week?

i've never worked out obliques, just heavy squats/deads... they look normal on me....
