something i can mix into my protein/maltodextron shakes, or prebed shakes.

what brand?
where can i get em? (no stores stock em near me, and i don't really want to invest in a food processor, the one i have doesn't seem to blend it enough and it's disgusting to drink in clumps)

I just use this:

http://quakeroats.ca/en/products/quaker-oatmeal/large-flake-oats/large-flake-quaker-oats/

The secret is...you put it in a dry blender first (nothing else in the blender), and then you blend the oats until it turns into a fine powder.

Then you can add the rest of your stuff. The oatmeal (because it was turned into powder)...will blend smoothly into your drink.

i tried exactly what you said, my mom has a mini food processor, and it was still really chunky :( but i used steel cut oats in the blender.

is there such thing as brown oats/white oats (like white/brown rice) i'm looking for the healthier option, since i probably won't taste it much.

also, per 50g scoop of ground oats, what are the macros like?

maybe its the type of oats you use...or maybe its something else in your smoothie that is chunky...because I've never ran into a "chunky" problem with my smoothies...

30g of quaker oats = the following macros:

Fat 2 g
Carbohydrate 20 g (3 g Fibre, 1g Soluble Fibre, 2g Insoluble Fibre, 0g Sugars)
Protein 4 g

Honestly...oatmeal smoothies are only really for bulking (or maybe as a meal replacement if you are short on your macros...)...so you're getting a lot of carbs and a small amount of fibre and protein.

dude that stuff at the bottom is probably your protein powder...if anything doesn't mix well, it's that.

and what, you're using a blender bottle to blend this stuff? not an actual BLENDER???

no wonder you have issues...
