Hey everyone!

Nobody here probably knows me, as I mainly am around the Runescape forum part of this site, but anyways hello to your world!

Right now I have a few goals in mind, and I am looking to get someone to help me on a routine/plan.

As of December 2013 I was 6"2- 145 pounds
As of August 2014 I am 6"2 185 pounds.

Now I am skill skinny, but I am wanting to get to 210 pounds, but also add muscle. I am not a muscular person, and I will fully admit that.

What I want your help for is:

Provide me with good names of supplements/protein powers/ and all that shit ( I know nothing about).

Provide me with schedule of working out ( I only have a home gym, so that's free weights, I am poor).

Good examples of food to eat, right now I bbq every night. So usually steak/potato/some type of salad. But I eat a lot of chocolate/candy/chips/pop.

If anyone could help me out, I am obviously willing to pay.

Thank you for reading this. Feel free to post any questions. Nothing about my life style is private, I am a very open person.

Your first change has to be in your diet :

Steak ---> Chicken / Pork
Chocolate/candy/chips/pop ---> Nuts / Fruits / Vegetables / Fish (cans of tuna are delicious, for instance)

May I ask why the change from steak? Out of curiosity. I love chicken/pork as well. But just for noseness sake :)

I eat a lot of fruits/veggies. So just cut out the bad shit then...yay...sugar intervention :P

It depends what type of steak you eat.. some lean steak slices will come naturally with less saturated fat / cholesterol (which are omnipresent in bigger chunks of steak)

Soda is atrocious, go for water / 100% natural juice instead + protein shakes.

Oh and start eating tons of eggs! They're the fucking best.

Steak is fine
Sugar is fine

Moderation is key

I wouldn't recommend hitting all your macros in this fashion, as food volume will be low

I eat a trailmix with raisins, m&ms, and mixed nuts. Would that be a good mixture?
