srs. my regular gym closes at 7pm on the weekends so sometimes i'm forced to go to gold's gym....I have never seen so many bros openly pull their shirts up and check themselves out in the mirrors at the workout area

Nothing compared to the gym I sometimes visit in the capital... Its a melting pot for all of the countries most famous bodybuilders, fitness models and bikini models. Girl's walk around in their thong/bikinis and dudes take off their t-shirt and flex no problem. Then again these are all 250+ lbs single digit fat % hulks.


I love it, you can do a shirtless photsoshoot in the middle of the gym and no one even bats an eye

gold's gym in montreal ville saint-laurent is horribad. Fucking packed with arabs and there's 1 bench press in the whole gym. Impossible to finish your workout in less than a hour.

Well my whole family is a member at the Y so its cheaper like $40 monthly and I dont have to pay my parents anything so its a free gym for me more or less. But, my parents cancelled the membership so I'm forced to choose a new gym.

Golds gym is going to be $20 monthly for just me. Lifetime fitness, my other option , is upwards near $50 monthly
