An interesting question would be, "why are there 'ghetto people' who ruin everything'?" I would argue that when a neighborhood and class of people are systematically neglected and abused, it produces a lot of anger - and rightly so. It's perhaps short sighted to be angry at the "ghetto people" themselves, because obviously if any one of us grew up under identical circumstances, we too would be angry. It's not the individual who is at fault, it's a failing of our society.
Black people born in the ghetto, although not always presented with the same opportunities as most, still have the opportunity to make moral and conscience decisions - its not like their way of thinking is "we were born in the ghetto. Fuck it might as well play the part ain't no point in trying to change anything."
