I eat ice cream just about every day.
I had 2 pints of ice cream yesterday and 2x french bread pizzas. (dinner)
-15lbs on this cut too.

LOL usually when I do a cheat weekend I fast on Monday and it's like nothing happened to the Bod, baby :)
