Every time you are doing this you are wasting the seeds of life that God gave you.

The pleasure you receive from the tremendous feeling that you get when you are the a pinnacle point known as an orgasm. That is only to be when you are married and wanting to make kids. You should never abuse it just for the heck of it. There is a reason it feels so good it is because God gave us this gift of pleasure. You should never take it for granted.

I will admit right now I have done it when I was younger and I admit it was a sin. However I repented and atoned for them and it's been over 2 decades since I have felt that great pleasure. I am 35 years old now and will hopefully one day get to feel it again once I meet the right woman of my dreams.


Masturbation though however in the long run is spiritually harmful, but while we are on earth it is psychologically harmful as well.


Not only just that I know you folks who love to lift, guess what you are ruining your gains by doing this. It makes you more tiresome as well.

So please just stop doing it. And no sex before marriage as well. That is grave sin as I have spoken in a previous topic.
