So I'm an Olympic athlete (pairs figure skating).. who now after the olympics went on a 3 month bender!!
Ive taken the year off and gained some poundage through some beers and partying. Ive thrown all diet away and been enjoying so much chocolate..

But its time to live an actual life again,... Will be posting progress photos and will post my workouts weekly

Olympic weight~ 193Lbs body fat6%
Current weight~ 215Lbs body fat.... chubby.
Goals ~ develop my chest again, and bring back the 8 pack abs!
~ increase cardio levels to superhuman standards! ( i'd like to compete a triathlon in the future but not anytime soon)
~ eat healthier!
