Can anyone link me one with a 3 day split , if none then 4.

And if I'm only 150 and struggling with 135 on press and can't squat 225 etc, should I be doing strength programs until I can lift a lot more before I start worrying about cutting and high rep movements?

Yeah, your numbers are still lowish. The idea is to adapt to frequency on the major compounds. You could also do something like madcows 5x5, but the routine I linked is a nice middle ground between size and strength.

After a cycle or two of it you can transition into a push/pull or upper/lower routine with a intensity and volume tailored to your goals.

Well I started super weak. Started benching with 95. And well, I can rep 135 5x5
