not quite atg, but still good lifting.

I've actually heard international teams weightlifting teams ( I believe it was china) does not advocate actual ATG they go down as low as they can without butt winking

it's getting to the point of them cracking a little bit at the bottom

is there any actual studies saying how ATG is better than parallel?
