i'm doing p/p/l 4-5x a week (push/pull rest legs rest repeat)

i do deadlifts on pull day set usually looks like 3x12/10/8

but i also do romanian deadlifts on leg day, is this too much?

i'm not squatting heavy though, i have to do light weights for squats because my back isn't fully healed yet, deadlifts are fine though.

How long have you been doing it? Could be that your body is not in shape and have to get use to that much volume... Also, recovery is very important... are you taking ice baths daily? stretching post work out and rolling out?

Hydration is also one of the top reasons for fatigue, are you hitting enough carbs/protein EVERY day?

does not look like too much volume at all, but also you never put in any percentages as well or your age... or your mental stress do you work 40 hours 60 hours or no hours a week? stuff adds up so hard to determine....... good luck though

Some dudes at my gym do deadlifts three times a week and dearly recommend the rest of the gym to do the same.

So yea
